Varunis a graduate in Business from New York University.
After working as an investment banker for a year, he returned to India to gain expertise in his family business, NAPC, which is south India’s largest infrastructure company.
In 2012, NAPC sold its stake to Eurovia, the road construction arm of Vinci, a 35-billion French construction major, and the largest infrastructure company in the world. NAPC Properties evolved into Radiance Realty Developers India Ltd.
Varun currently serves as the Managing Director of the Radiance Group of Companies.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Varun is inspired by his parents, who serve as excellent sounding boards for each other.
His mother, Ranjini Manian, founded one of India’s leading relocation companies, Global Adjustments Services, which is now managed by his sister, Rohini Manian.
The family has established the Global Adjustments Foundation, which offers free life coaching to enhance the emotional, physical, and leadership skills of women.
The foundation also provides scholarships for girls excelling in academics and supports them throughout their technical education, alongside free life coaching classes.
Varun's passion for animals is reflected in his efforts to build shelters for them in the community.
He collaborates with environment and wildlife conservationists to address the needs of stray animals in the local community.
